Bruce Owen, a SIEPR senior fellow, EI Special Consultant and specialist in antitrust and regulatory economics, will direct Stanford University’s interdisciplinary program in public policy. Associated with the directorship, Owen has been named the Morris M. Doyle Centennial Professor in Public Policy.
