EI Special Consultant Bruce Owen and Senior Economist Su Sun publish the article “China’s Competition Policy Reforms: The Antimonopoly Law and Beyond” (with Wentong Zheng) in Antitrust Law Journal Vol.. 75, Issue 1, 2008, where they discuss some fundamental issues in enforcing the Antimonopoly Law and reforming the country’s competition policies. The same authors’ earlier article “Antitrust in China 2006: The Problem of Incentive Compatibility” has been included in the book Policy Reform and Chinese Markets: Progress and Challenges.The book has just been published by Edward Elgar Publishing in May 2008.
