Henry B. McFarland was moderator and session chair for a panel on “The Future of Financial Consumer Protection Regulation,” which was presented at the Antitrust Section Spring Meetings. The panel considered consumer protection and competition under the Dodd Frank Act. It also examined the enforcement policies and authorities likely to survive any regulatory reform.
