Principal Bill Hall helps clear the sale of John H. Harland Company to Clarke American.

Principal Bill Hall represented the John H. Harland Company as it was acquired by Clarke American, a wholly owned subsidiary of M&F Worldwide, for approximately $1.7 billion. Following an investigation by the Department of Justice, the merger resulted in consolidating the number of national check printers in the United States from three to two. Jeff Spigel of King and Spalding represented John H. Harland.
