Principal William P. Hall assists Harrah’s and Caesars in creating the world’s largest gaming company.

William Hall provided economic analysis to Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. for its $9.4 billion acquisition of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. Assisted by Paul Godek and Laura Malowane, Dr. Hall was retained by both parties through counsel at Latham & Watkins and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
