Ms. Brooke Dinwiddie’s economic consulting experience is primarily focused on areas of labor and employment. She regularly works with internal and external counsel and human resource professionals to develop appropriate statistical analyses using complex electronic databases. Her experience includes matters relating to pay equity with regards to compensation, performance evaluations, promotions, hiring and termination practices, as well as wage and hour compliance, other FLSA matters, EEOC policy, and OFCCP audits.
