These include a wide variety of issues in the context of class and collective action litigation, single plaintiff litigation, and employer auditing. Eric’s professional experience includes extensive work analyzing proprietary data to identify potential disparate impact of employer decisions (e.g. pay equity, promotional opportunities, and terminations) and wage and hour compliance. Specifically, Eric has worked on several EEOC and OFCCP Audits, Affirmative Action Plans, and FLSA matters.
