Ms. Kate Fricker has several years’ experience in economic consulting, primarily dealing with labor and employment issues. Kate works with attorneys and human resource professionals in matters relating to discrimination and compensation disputes. This involves working with proprietary data and preparing statistical analyses to determine potential disparate impact from employer’s hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, and performance evaluation decisions.
