Mr. Robert Schmalfuss has extensive experience in economic consulting, working with human resource professionals and attorneys on a variety of labor and employment matters. He has prepared analyses for single plaintiff litigation and class action litigation, as well as auditing labor policies for large national corporations and other employers. His projects often involve formulating statistical analyses using proprietary data to identify potential disparate treatment of employees stemming from an employer’s compensation, hiring, promotion, performance evaluation, and termination policies and decisions. He has several years of experience working on EEOC discrimination matters, OFCCP audits and investigations, Affirmative Action Plans, and FLSA matters.
