At Secretariat Economists, Mr. Snow Cobb has consulted with Fortune 500 corporations and leading law firms across multiple industries. Primarily focused on the energy sector, he has provided analysis for electric utility mergers, such as Entergy’s acquisition of the Choctaw Generating Station. He has also worked on market-based rate filings, SIL studies, and the competitive effects of transmission rate structures. In May 2020, a paper he coauthored on entry into electric power markets was published in The Electricity Journal.

Previously a Research Associate and then Analyst at EI, Mr. Snow Cobb also has experience in the labor, healthcare, and securities industries. He has modeled damages for employment discrimination and FLSA misclassification cases. He provided analysis in the proposed Anthem/Cigna merger and multiple hospital mergers. He studied the composition of mortgage-backed securities involved in litigation stemming from the 2007-08 financial crisis. Mr. Snow Cobb holds a B.S. in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
