Senior Economist Su Sun publishes on the treatment of resale price maintenance in China’s Antimonopoly Law.

In his article “Leegin and the Treatment of Resale Price Maintenance in China’s Antimonopoly Law,” published in the Fall issue of the International Antitrust Bulletin, Senior Economist Su Sun discusses the US Supreme Court’s Leegin decision and its implications to how China treats resale price maintenance (RPM) in its new Antimonopoly Law (AML). Dr. Sun suggests that a careful enforcement of the AML will help China avoid a deviation from the antitrust principles that took the US nearly a century to correct.
