Vice President Henry B. McFarland was appointed Co-Chair of the Economics Committee of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. The Antitrust Section is an organization of over 13,000 antitrust professionals that was formed to promote analysis, debate, and education in the field of antitrust law and policy. The Economics Committee contributes economics-related expertise and content relevant to antitrust law, policy, and litigation to the Section’s programs, publications, and public statements.
