Kent Mikkelsen was retained by Baker & Hostetler to provide an expert report and deposition testimony. Their client, El Día, was accused of monopolization and attempted monopolization of certain printing services in Puerto Rico. Citing Kent’s findings on multi-product discounts, predatory pricing and geographic and product market, Baker & Hostetler successfully moved for summary judgment. Defendants were also represented by Fiddler Gonzalez & Rodriguez.
