EI Vice President Henry B. McFarland Was One of the Contributors to, “Electronic Commerce: Antitrust and Consumer Protection in the Information Age,” a Book Recently Published by the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association.

Dr. McFarland’s contribution concerned how changes in technology affected the competitive risks and potential benefits of information exchanges.

Dr. McFarland’s work as an economic consultant has involved antitrust and regulatory issues and damage analyses in many different industries.  His publications have appeared in several professional journals, including Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Business, Journal of Development Studies, Journal of Regulatory Economics, and the Antitrust Law Journal.
