Senior Vice President Jeffry Davis testified on behalf of the plaintiff in Securities and Exchange Commission v. Mark Michel, et al. in the District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Dr. Davis analyzed the reasons offered by the defendant for engaging in the trading of Blue Rhino stock. He concluded that the claimed reasons were inconsistent with the facts and circumstances regarding the Blue Rhino company, the trading behavior of its stock, and what is known about market behavior.
