Associate Director Jéssica Dutra will be presenting her joint research with Gregory Leung on Applied Law & Economics of Marijuana at the 2021 Southern Economic Association Conference in Houston, TX. One of the papers explores the impact of distinct vertical integration laws between wholesalers and retailers in adult-use legalized states; while the other documents the impact of medical and recreational marijuana laws on traffic fatalities.
