A Philadelphia jury found that egg producers were not liable for allegedly restricting supply and raising prices in the purported “U.S. commodity, shell egg market.” EI President Jonathan Walker testified on behalf of the defendants regarding the procompetitive benefits of the challenged conduct, absence of injury to competition and lack of proof of damages.
